All of our RGDA-PA affiliated academies are committed to providing each of its members with quality instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu within a friendly atmosphere.  This cutting edge art, famous for its devastating ground fighting techniques also implements methods for throwing, self defense and NHB (no holds barred).
